Author guidelines

  1. Papers submitted must be original work and should not have been previously published or presented at another meeting.
  2. Papers should be written in English (US).
  3. For both primary and co-authors, credentials along with their full names and email addresses must be included. If co-authors are from different institutions, the secondary institution(s) and the institution investigators are associate with must be listed.
  4. Papers topic should conform to the scope of the conference/symposium.

  5. AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded. AIP author template packages contain comprehensive advice and guidelines for authors—including a DO’s and Don’ts checklist—all papers must be prepared abiding by these guidelines. Well-prepared manuscripts enable rapid publication and reduce unnecessary work for editors. When preparing your manuscript for AIP Conference Proceedings, please abide by the following requests:

    5. The paper must include the author name and full affiliation address including country.
    6. Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained within the margins.
    7. Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting.
    8. All pages are to be in portrait.
